As we close out the year, we’re proud of the continued momentum across the Fin Capital ecosystem. Our portfolio companies are scaling in meaningful ways—from FairPlay advancing fair credit through its partnership with Plaid, to Trovata integrating stablecoins into enterprise treasury in collaboration with State Street, and Vestwell’s acquisition of Accure 401k and taking over 30,000 Guideline retirement plans. We also marked a historic year for the firm with landmark IPOs from Chime, Circle, and Figure. Alongside these milestones, we navigated pivotal shifts shaping the software and fintech landscapes, including the acceleration of open banking and digital asset regulation, the rise of AI-driven security for the next generation of companies, and the evolution of payments for an increasingly agentic world.
