Fin Capital's Monthly Wave: September Edition đź‘‹

Our roundup of resources from the team, portfolio news, and more.

Welcome to the September installment of Fin Capital's Monthly Wave. It’s been a busy month for the team and our portfolio companies.

Read below for a snapshot of our thoughts on current market conditions, emerging trends, key industry insights, and more

With summer now wound down, we’re reflecting on what’s been an exciting stretch for Fin Capital and our portfolio companies. From new product launches to strategic partnerships, IPOs and M&A, along with continued tailwinds, it was our busiest summer since inception.

One highlight we’re especially thrilled to share: two of Fin Capital’s portfolio companies are coming together, with Array acquiring MoneyKit! This is a bold leap forward in embedded fintech innovation. Array’s embeddable platform now joins forces with MoneyKit’s trusted, secure financial connectivity infrastructure to deliver the next generation of consumer-first, privacy-forward financial experiences.

As Array CEO & Founder Martin Toha shared, “Combining their capabilities with Array’s embeddable financial security components unlocks a new era of intelligent, personalized, and privacy-first experiences for millions of consumers.” MoneyKit Co-Founder & CTO Michael Del Monte added that the partnership allows them to scale their mission, bringing powerful, secure tools to even more users and organizations.

We’re also excited to see that the broader markets are showing renewed signs of life, particularly in the IPO space, where we had two IPOs in June (Circle and Chime), Figure confidentially file on August 4th, and more to come. We’re encouraged by the momentum we’re seeing and optimistic about what it means for the fintech ecosystem.

We’ll be back in the coming weeks with more updates, insights, and what’s next on the horizon for Fin Capital and our portfolio. Until then, here’s to closing out summer strong and gearing up for an impactful fall.
